You will need to be able to work independently, think critically, and design and implement effective testing processes. You should be able to create all the testing and automation frameworks as required for your projects, and you may have to work on multiple projects at once.You will have the opportunity to create your QA systems from the ground up! * You must be a leader.* Communication is very important, so English must be your primary language or be exceptionally fluent. Your role will focus on:<ul><li>Effectively testing software that the engineering team develops to ensure that it meets specification</li><li>Working closely and collaboratively with the engineering team and product owner</li><li>Creating, and maintaining test cases for existing product and all new development</li><li>Continuous improvement to the product testing process, including automation</li></ul> On a typical day you will do one or more of the following:<ul><li>Manually test software features</li><li>Provide feedback to product owner and engineering team,</li><li>Attend and be a part of scrum with engineering team,</li><li>Work with product owner to understand and develop new features,</li><li>Interact with code and databases</li><li>Organize and maintain test suite</li><li>Work toward test automation</li></ul> The environment is fast paced and there are opportunities for internal growth, so if you enjoy the intersection of healthcare and technology, have exceptional technical skills, and are a leader - this position is for you. QUALIFICATIONS<ul><li>2+ years software testing experience (required)</li><li>Exceptional communication skills</li><li>Exceptional problem-solving skills</li><li>Exceptional documentation skills</li><li>Technical skills in OOP (preferred)</li><li>Technical skills in SQL database (preferred)</li></ul> RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>Design, implement, and execute test cases</li><li>Drive the testing process</li><li>Timely execution of test cases</li><li>Identify and record bugs</li><li>Effectively test software ensuring that it meets the requirements with minimal bugs</li></ul>
