Account Executive- Sales position Are you interested in developing your sales skills in one of the most innovative companies in the HR Tech space? As an Inside Sales Representative at Joonko you will be part of a team whose mission is to run a full sales cycle including prospecting, negotiating and closing deals. What you get to do in this role: • Owning and executing on Joonko’s full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation to closing • Establishing, developing and maintaining a meaningful business relationship with our customers • Foster a deep understanding of our customer needs while reflecting their voice internally to the rest of the team. • Evangelizing Joonko’s
uniqueness and values • Becoming a key contributor to Joonko’s success and growth • Working close with our co-founders and Salesforce executives (as part of our Incubator participation) To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with: • Passion, real passion, genuine and sincere passion, for our cause • Interpersonal and communication skills: honesty, positivity, and empathy • Track record of success in developing and managing an outbound pipeline. Having been a part of a successful software/SaaS sales organization, from its early stages – is a big plus • The ability to take a “no” and turn it into a “yes”. • Familiarity and relationships with the Tech industry Who we are?
