Job Details
Fast Passed Residential Interior and Exterior Painting Estimating using advanced tablet and mobile based software. Meet face to face with homeowners to understand their needs, take measurements and photos, perform estimate and present proposal with intent of landing the job on the spot. Estimating will usually involve some level of carpentry repair and other prep work which must be well understood, documented and accounted for in each estimate. Compensation is a combination of base salary plus commissions on each landed job produced along with other outlined performance measurements and matrix. Subject to Background Check, Drug Testing and Driving Record Verification
