i>Actively partner with our hiring supervisors and managers to understand needs and develop recruitment strategies</li><li>Use innovative recruiting methods to attract candidates including social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates</li><li>Maintain consistent communications with candidates at all stages of the recruitment cycle</li><li>Take an active role in establishing an internship/Co-Op program and University Recruiting as a pipeline</li><li> Provide timely and accurate data to maintain recruiting metrics</li><li>Coordinate and participate in employment events such as on and off-site career fairs</li><li>Partner with schools and organizations to help inspire our members of our community to consider careers with BLOX in manufacturing and Engineering </li></ul><p><strong>Job Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Minimum 5 years of experience recruiting in a fast paced, high volume environment, manufacturing or construction experience preferred</li><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred</li><li>Experienced in utilizing and leveraging innovative recruitment strategies including social media </li><li>Strong verbal communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage competing demands while being adaptable and flexible in a quickly changing environment</li><li>Ability to pay attention to detail, organize and prioritize</li><li>Previous experience working in heavily matrixed organizations including support for C-Suite executives.</li><li>Experience recruiting for various role levels from administrative to Director/Executive.</li><li>Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a lot of change, speedy response time and follow up.</li><li>Demonstrated experience in managing time and workload to successfully work onsite as needed or remote as well as recruiting for remote locations.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office products and recruiting Applicant Tracking Systems (ADP preferred).</li><li>Working knowledge of employment laws and other applicable regulations.</li><li>Proven organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information </li><li>Patient, communicative, team player that is detail oriented and has strong interpersonal skills.</li><li>Proficiency with behavioral and competency-based interviewing techniques.</li><li>Proficient with Word and Excel</li></ul>
