GoodJob hires Todd Tucker as Vice President of Customer Success

Birmingham, ALA. – January 5, 2023 – GoodJob, Inc., the world’s #1 pre-hire assessment platform, announces that Todd Tucker has been selected as the new vice president of customer success. In this role, Tucker is responsible for leading and managing all customer success operations, including customer onboarding, training and support and account management.  Todd brings over 25 years of software leadership experience to GoodJob, having led teams throughout the United States, Europe and Asia.

“Todd brings a deep understanding of how to build long-term relationships with customers to GoodJob,” said Stephen D. Johnston, CEO, GoodJob. “Our customers are our number one priority, and we know his strong track record driving customer engagement and satisfaction initiatives across several industries will be instrumental in taking our organization to the next level.”

Tucker most recently managed customer success efforts at eSmart Systems, a leading provider of AI-powered services and solutions for the energy industry. Prior to joining eSmart, he served in various customer and product-focused roles at Itron, Verint and Smart Energy Water.

“Today, most personnel issues revolve around how employees fit within the job and organization, not due to an employee lacking skills,” said Tucker. “I was immediately drawn to GoodJob’s ability to give employers an objective way of measuring the candidate’s fit, which will result in improved retention rates and reduced hiring and turnover costs to employers.”
